Better late than never! ⇒

Wow, over a week into the new year! So, a very belated "Happy New Years!" to everyone. Christine and I had a great time. We went to Erica's mom's place out in Abbotsford and drank and talked and played games and went in the hot tub and drank. Participants were Doug & Erica, Diane, Kath, Colleen and our local Newfie, Kenny. We played Cranium and Quarters (Quarters!!) and later (much later), Risk. Nothing like a 2 person game of Risk at 4 o'clock in the morning to welcome you to the new year! FYI, if you are playing two person Risk, don't take Australia as your first continent and pay attention to the placement of the neutral armies.

The next morning we had our usual cinnamon buns...and then drove home. A great way to start the new year.
