I finally broke done and bought a wifi router. Took me a little while to get everything working, but I am now posting this while watching TV!! Woo hoo!
On a side note, does anyone know why if I put an '@' sign in my WEP passphrase, I get two different keys on the router and then card? Both are Linksys, so there is no good reason for it. Really weird.
Well, it only took 4 hours, but I think I have my system back up and running. Whew! For those of you that care, I backed up all my data on CDR, reformatted my HD and then installed the latest OS from Apple, Panther.
