Finally, I’m back! ⇒

Well, it only took 4 hours, but I think I have my system back up and running. Whew! For those of you that care, I backed up all my data on CDR, reformatted my HD and then installed the latest OS from Apple, Panther.

I then had to re-install all my apps and get everything back to normal. Everything went well except for my website. You see, this website uses a DB called MySQL. When I re-installed everything I installed the latest version of the DB. The problem was that my backup was based on a previous version and the format of the data changed! Yikes! But, I was able to restore everything, I think.

Please let me know if something doesn't work.
