Elise is four months old today. This last month has been an eventful one for firsts. On the 8th she attended her first Christmas party at the Macaroni Grill. She was part of a double feature that included potential future beau Harris, my colleague Eric's handsome baby who boasts a "mascot sized head". Lots of googoos and gagas going on at that party.
On the 18th Elise cut her first tooth. She'd been a bit fussy and then lo and behold out comes the tooth.

I am constantly getting sent jokes by friends, most of which are quite funny. But this blonde joke takes the cake.

So we have these friends, Nigel and Mel, who normally live in Boston. For some reason they decided to move alllllll the way to Grenoble, FRA to live for 6 months. They even convinced Nigel's employer, Sun Microsystems, to allow him to continue working for the Boston group from Grenoble. And to top it off, after living there for 6 months they decided to extrend their stay for at least another 6 months!! The nerve of these people! ;=)
So, to punish them for leaving us, Christine, Elise...
You recall my heavy dilemma from a while back? Well I used my birthday and Christmas money to purchase some brand spankin' new, shiny, golf clubs!!! Wahooo!!
I ended up getting mostly last year's models, but that saved me a whole bunch of money. I got Callaway Steelhead X-16 (3-PW) irons, Cleveland 588 Wedges (SW and LW), a Taylor Made 580XD driver and Mizuno fairway woods.
These are sure to improve my game, dontcha think?
