So, Wazzup? ⇒

I had a much bigger post here, but I accidentally closed the silly browser window last night and lost it all! Grrrr.....

Knock, knock...is anyone home? There sure are some nice cobwebs on this here blog. It turns out that with two people working full time (one of them pregnant), a 20 year old house and a small child, the blog is not at the top of the priority list, for some reason! However, life has progressed.

Elise is walking like a champ now, and hardly ever crawls any more. She has even started to run when I chase her, which makes play time even more fun. She continues to get teeth at a high rate and only has 6 more to go TOTAL!! She is currently teething her bottom two canine incisors, which are apparently quite painful, poor thing. After that there is "normally" break until the last 4 molars come in. But I suspect she will get those immediately after her canines, if her past record is any indication.

She has been going to daycare for a month now, and I think she is finally starting to get used to it. In the beginning, she would cry when I got the backpack, and cry when we arrived at daycare. Now she actually reaches for Anna and Andrea (the two lovely ladies running the daycare), so I think we are making progress.

Christine is doing well, but she has "popped out" much sooner than last time. So far she doesn't have the same heartburn issues she had last time, and we are hopeful that her good luck continues. Funnily enough though, she does have an aversion to chicken again, so I am not sure what that means. Besides me no getting any chicken.

Yes, we do have name picked out. No, we aren't sharing them (again). We are tired of hearing people's opinions on names, so you all will find out when curveball arrives. What is interesting, is that the boy's name we had last time, we longer like, so we had to come up with another one. Which was surprising easy. This time the boy's name was easy and the girl's name was hard. In fact, we haven't completely decided on the girl's name as the one that is currently "in the lead", is a little different, and will have to spelled her entire life.

I am too tired to continue, but there is more to come.

Oh ya, I have uploaded our August and September pictures. October to follow shortly.
