Elise’s first sign ⇒

About three weeks ago, Elise and I started learning sign language together. I got a DVD from the library (Baby Sign with Joseph Garcia) and away we went. Well today, Elise made her first sign. Not surprising, it was the sign for 'eat'! Shortly after she made the sign for 'more' when I had gone to the sink to get a cloth to wipe her face after breakfast. I am just about as proud as a Mama could be! I thought she had made the sign for 'eat' yesterday after her nap but I discredited it due to the fact that I've only been doing it for three weeks.
