Vaccines etc. ⇒

Elise had her first round of vaccines the other day. I don't know who it was worse for, her or me! Thankfully, Erin came with me and he held her while they poked her with four needles (2 in each leg). That's my version of good cop, bad cop. Poor kid, on the third needle, she cried so hard no sound came out and she was looking up at Erin with these big blue eyes as if to say "Why?why are you doing this to me?" It was so sad - I cried too! She was pretty good for the rest of the day. Slept for most of it. She was quite fussy from 4 to 4:30, obviously in some discomfort, but she didn't get a fever or anything.

She also got measured that day. She is 64 cm long which puts her in the 95 percentile. We didn't weigh her because she was so upset after the needles, our doctor said we could wait and do it another day.
