All in all, a busy Wednesday! Although I only went to Kamloops, I was quite tired last night. It is quite a trip for a 4 hour meeting. I think we will get the sale though, so that is a good thing! Ahhh...the joys of business travel.
At 3pm today I discovered that I had to be in New Haven, CT for an 11AM meeting on the 25th! It was a hectic afternoon! First I had to figure out where and when I had to be. Then get our travel agent to figure out the flights, hotels and cars. Then get management approval for the trip. Then correct the travel agent so that I am actually flying on the correct days (she is a little careless when she is rushed) and staying at the correct hotels.

I am very pleased to say that my good friend [Evan][34], will be starting work at Epic on the 13th of this month! When I got my promotion, I checked with my boss to see if he was looking to replace me. Turns out he was and Evan was looking for something new. And it was love at first sight!

Late last week I was very bitter at work. As you know, I recently got a promotion at work. My new job officially started on Oct. 13th and I was expecting to start my new role in the 3rd week of October. In fact, I already had my non-refundable plane tickets booked as well as my hotel room for the trade show in Philadelphia.
