Switching Blog Engines, Need Help ⇒

For the longest time I have been using pMachine/ExpressionEngine for our site. It has been a great tool and a great company to work with but I have reached the point where I don’t want to have to work to maintain it. I also don’t really care about how my site looks and acts as long as I can: 1) easily post 2) people can easily read

So, next up, figuring out which platform/Tool to use. If anyone has any opinions on these, I’m all ears: 1. blogger.com 2. typepad.com 3. tumblr.com 4....

I've recently reworked our photo gallery to fit into our workflow better. I have updated the sidebar to link to my two (sheesh) older photo galleries. I hope to be rid of the most recent archive within the month. Then I will tackle the really old archive, but I don't like my chances of converting that one!

Where does the time go? ⇒

I just took a look back and discovered that my last real post was the beginning of February? What the heck?

It turns out that at a "real" job, one must actually work all day! No longer can I work on my website or play Facebook Scrabble all day. Now I have to call people and research customers and write proposals and update my pipeline! Sheesh.

The good news is that I love, love LOVE my new job. I haven't enjoyed work this much since my days as a BA at Epic (early 2005). Jeff...

People Actually Use IE? ⇒

It turns out my last site redesign didn't look so good in Internet Explorer. I never use IE, so I don't ever test in it.

I am tempted not to fix anything for IE as it is a pain in the butt to code for a browser that doesn't support standards.

Anyhoo, I fixed it for now because it wasn't too much effort, but for all you IE users, I recommend a much better browser.
