No Facebook, Now What Do I Do? ⇒

After a few days of contemplation, I have decided to quit Facebook. It was a colossal time sink and even worse there is the ongoing privacy issues that seem to do nothing but get worse.

So now I will know nothing about all my friends and I will be forced to actually talk to them. And with all my extra time I can write more inane blog posts! Woo hoo!

Actually, as don’t care much for TV right now either, I hope to start reading again or doing something productive around the house.

Happy Berfday To Me! ⇒

I just completed my half-way-to-70th year (as it was written on my lovely Tinkerbell cake) and I suppose I should reflect on my life of late.

This past year has been an excellent one. I left the realms of the self-employed and found myself an amazing role at a great little company. I was kinda sad to give up the freedom that being self-employed gave me, but I was (and am) very excited about this opportunity.

Prime Christmas Age ⇒

I am enjoying the Christmas season and I hope you are too! Elise and Daniella are at the prime age for Christmas - they don't ask for much, they are all about Santa and we are enjoying the activities on the Advent Calendar I made. Daniella may be catching on though as every time she asks me for something at the store and I say "not today" she says "maybe for Christmas I can buy it" or :Maybe Santa will bring one for me"
