As I was walking around with Elise tonight, we were talking about her 2nd plane trip (although first that she will remember) and we got to thinking about how many plane trips Mama has been on. I first guessed 12 plane trips, but Christine thought more, so we sat down and she thought about it. The list that follows is almost in the correct order; here's the list she came up with:

  • 85 - England with her family
  • 93 - Toronto (work)
  • 93 - Disneyland w/ family

In January last year, I started at ACL as a Sales Engineer. I chose ACL because it is a mature company and a market leader with a very well respected product suite. Its products are very well supported and they hire very smart people that advertise, market and develop the heck out of the software. People Actually Use IE? ⇒

It turns out my last site redesign didn't look so good in Internet Explorer. I never use IE, so I don't ever test in it.

I am tempted not to fix anything for IE as it is a pain in the butt to code for a browser that doesn't support standards.

Anyhoo, I fixed it for now because it wasn't too much effort, but for all you IE users, I recommend a much better browser.

As is my very fascinating tradition, let's review the past year and make some predictions.

First, how well I did last year with my predications? I got 3 out of 5 right, although those were the ones that would just happen, regardless of what we did; I did start at ACL, Christine did finish at TBC and Daniella did happen. The tiling didn't happen due to financial issues and we went to Kelowna instead of T.O. for our vacation.
