Wahoo! I just secured two seats to game 2 of the Canucks Round 1 series! I think we will be playing Anaheim, but it is too close to call. The seats are in in section 115, row 10!! I have never been to a playoff game before so I am very, very excited about this.

A couple of technology issuea: a hard drive error and a broken phone. Last weekend, on my way back here from San Jose, I broke the antennae on my phone. Turns out that even though I never used tha antennae, it is needed! My reception for the last week has been terrible! I was analog in my own apartment! Yuck! This problem has been solved, however. The nice folks at Futuretel were able to fix my phone for the low, low price of $30 plus GST. Now my phone is back to its usual...

Yesterday we went out to Abbotsford to go see the Mikado (caution, site doesn't work in Camino or Safari) at the Abbotsford Arts Centre. I had seen most of it on TV before so I mostly knew what I was getting into. As many of you know, I am not a lyrics guy...I rarely know the lyrics (nor even the titles) of the songs that I like. For some reason, I just don't hear them. I can learn them, eventually, but it is not a natural process (unlike my wife, who learns lyrics by osmosis!).
