People Think They’re Broken ⇒

So many times at Crossfit I hear, "I need to work on my shoulder/knee/back". Modern society teaches us that we must strive for an impossible perfection, that every little difference is a fault that must be corrected.

You aren't broken.

It never ceases to amaze me how some people will harp on the most inane things when it comes to their body and performance and then regale me with stories of how their previous coach or trainer was a “corrective exercise specialist.”
