I've been in false labour for over a week! It started last Monday--nausea, diarrhea, contractions. Everyone I spoke to said "I wouldn't be surprised if you had the baby in the next couple of days" The contractions sometimes wake me up in the middle of the night. Keep me up for a couple of hours, not painful, just pretty strong and about every 5 minutes. They make me feel a bit sick to my stomach. So I sit there thinking: Should I call the midwife? Should Erin stay home from work? Is today the day? Now here I am a week and a half later and still preggo. More and more I'm sure this baby will arrive on April Fools Day--it would be so appropriate.
Hang in there!
