Congratulations Richard and Allison ⇒

Just a quick note of congratulations to Richard and Allison Lewis on the birth of their daughter Lauren Allison Lewis. Lauren's journey to the Lewis family was the longest one I know of. This is a couple who tried for many years (I'm thinking it was about 5 years) to have this baby. Now, after a very difficult delivery, they have their new daughter and I am so happy for them I had to share their story with you.

Lauren was born on Saturday morning, 3 weeks early, at 7 pounds 4 ounces. Allison ended up having an emergency c-section so it wasn't the most ideal way to come into the world but the end result is a beautiful baby girl and I'm sure everything they went through to get her is fading quickly in their memories.
