Merry Christmas/Happy Hanukkah ⇒

Since I am up at 5:20am on Christmast morning, I thought I would wish everying a happy holidays!!! Last night we had to our (now) traditional Christmas gathering. Both sets of parents, as well as Shaun and his girlfriend Nadine and long time family friend Amy, came over for our fondue dinner. As usual, we had a great time and Elise really enjoyed wrapping both grandfathers around her little pinky and forcing them to play with her for hours and hours.

As for the gifts, I learned where I stand in the family hierarchy; Elise had about 8 gifts, and I had two. Sigh.

A good time was had by all, of course, and I look forward to today's gathering at Christine's parents, then Amy's Boxing day gathering. Then the New Years gathering. And then....
