Learning from the French ⇒
When in France, we quickly discovered that very little was open on Sundays. Only a few restaurants and some tourist attractions were open. We asked why, and were told that Sundays are for spending time with your family, so why does anything need to be open? Upon our return, we have decided to adopt that tradition. That means we will do our chores on Saturday, and on Sunday we will spend time with family and friends. The only thing we will shop for is food as we quite often don't decide on Sunday dinner until the afternoon.
I urge you to do the same as it is most relaxing and a great way to stay connected to everyone.
