A little Bumpy update:

So imagine, if you will, that you're looking at the ultrasound screen and the technician is doing her thing checking out bits that you can't quite identify (ie--the placenta) and all of a sudden....there is this little face looking back at you... then it yawns. So amazing. It brought tears to my eyes--that's MY baby and he's yawning (no I don't know if it's a boy--just a pronoun)

32 weeks along and all is well. I had an ultrasound yesterday to check that the placenta had moved away from the cervix which is has. Bumpy got to be the star of the show as they were testing out a brand new ultrasound machine that gives very detailed information about the heart--it's the first time this machine has been used in Vancouver. I think Bumpy was getting a little fed up with getting poked in the ribs though--everytime she tried to get a good picture of the heart I felt a big shift in weight. Well...I wouldn't want to be poked in the ribs either!
