Our last big trip? ⇒

Christine and I have tentatively planned our next (and maybe last?) big trip. We are planning to go to Chile and Peru!! A friend of ours, Jacqui, is planning to go live in Chile for three months and we thought we would go visit her. Then when we visited our travel agent, she told us that the weather is not great in Chile in September. She mentioned that Peru is great at that time of year and then discussed several trips with us.

We are trying to decide between the 15 day or 18 day trip. If we go on the 15 day one, we will get to visit longer with Jacqui, but if we go on the 18 day one, we get an extra 3 days in the Amazon, including a view from the canopy!!

The funny thing is that when we started planning this trip, we were going to spend the whole time with Jacqui, and now we are considering not spending much time with her at all!!
