It seems that Christine & I don't like to dilly-dally around much. Two days ago we found out that our apartment was going to be put on sale. Instead of waiting to find out if we had to move, we have decided to move anyway! The first places we looked weren't great and then we found a most excellent place near 16th and Oak. Yesterday we got a notice that our building is up for sale! So we may be out of our apartment shortly! This sucks, as we aren't ready to buy yet. We were hoping to stay here for another year or two and then venture into the market.

Instead we are wading through the classifieds trying to find a nice apartment with all the right appliances in a nice neighbourhood. We have expanded our search to include everything northwest of the Cambie and King Ed. There are several possibilities, so we...
