Unless we actually purchase a house, the Dazzles will be homeless on Dec 1st! So prep your couches and spare bedrooms...the clan may be arriving.

We are going to see a house tomorrow afternoon that looks really nice; however its price just came down so we don't know if they are incented enough to come down to where we need them to. Assuming we like the place, we plan to tell them, this is the highest we can go, we have no subjects (well, just the inspection), can we deal? If they say no, we will buy our original house and move in on Dec. 1st.
