Wednesday Work Out

Workout: “Swinging Mary”

AMRAP (as many reps as possible) in 20 minutes of:

  • 5 HSPU (handstand pushups)
  • 10 pistols (alternating)
  • 15 v-snaps

I did 6 sets.

    Crazy, but I’ve been wanting to perform a handstand pushup and yet all I can accomplish with my muscle strength is the handstand. Been trying out different styles in working out.  Maybe I’ll work on this one next.
