5 HSPU (handstand pushups)
10 pistols (alternating)
15 v-snaps

Crazy, but I’ve been wanting to perform a handstand pushup and yet all I can accomplish with my muscle strength is the handstand. Been trying out different styles in working out. Maybe I’ll work on this one next.
